LNB NEWS: Lords version of Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill published

The House of Lords version of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill was published on 19 January. 

Lexis®Library update: This version of the Bill incorporates the amendments made at the final Commons stages on 17 January, including new Clause 6 and Schedule 1 relating to the creation and interpretation of assimilated law, plus a number of amendments relating to the role of the High Court of Justiciary in relevant cases, and clarifying amendments on extension regulations, codification and restatement.

The Bill will have its House of Lords Second Reading at a date to be scheduled.
