The Courts and Tribunals Judiciary has published a revised version of the guide to judicial conduct.
Lexis® update: The guide assists judges, tribunal members, coroners and magistrates in relation to their conduct and contains core principles which help them reach their own decisions.
The revised version includes changes to the statement of expected behaviour, removal of gender specific pronouns, updated guidance on media, social media and conflicts of interest alongside other minor amendments.
