Mark Surguy Eversheds

Eversheds has appointed Mark Surguy, the chairman of the Midlands Fraud Forum, as a commercial dispute resolution partner.

Mark joins from Pinsent Masons where he was head of fraud. He has more than 20 years experience as a commercial litigator, with expertise in commercial fraud and the management of volumes of electronically stored information.
