Olswang has promoted Matthew Bennett to partner in the firm’s commercial group as part of its ongoing sector-focused strategy.
Matthew joined Olswang as a legal director in the outsourcing and technology team in June 2010. With particular expertise in technology, he provides specialist legal advice on IT, infrastructure and outsourcing transactions in the private and public sectors. He advises at all phases of the transaction lifecycle, from early procurement discussions to complex re-negotiations and disputes.
