Partner appointed to management board

McCarthy Denning has appointed partner Julia Bracewell OBE to its management board.

A corporate and financial law specialist, Julia joined the firm in 2015 as a partner, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience advising on cross-border matters.

Warren Wooldridge, McCarthy Denning’s co-founder and CEO said: ‘Julia’s contribution to McCarthy Denning over the past three years, coupled with her wealth of experience, business acumen and entrepreneurial flair, makes her the ideal appointment to our Management Board. Julia’s attributes compliment the McCarthy Denning philosophy and, paired with her ability to develop pragmatic solutions derived from her years of advising corporate clients, will be fundamental in furthering the firm’s success.’

Julia added: ‘I am pleased to be joining the firm’s management board and look forward to working alongside Warren and other board members to help drive McCarthy Denning forward into 2019 and beyond. Five years into the firm’s inception, I am excited to help McCarthy Denning achieve further growth and move on to the next stage in the firm’s development.’
