A new chief executive has been appointed to lead HM Courts & Tribunals Service. Natalie Ceeney will take up the role on 5 January 2015, replacing Peter Handcock who will be retiring after five years in the position and more than 30 years in the organisation. Ceeney is a former chief executive of the National Archives and the Financial Ombudsman Service and will be joining from HSBC UK, where she is currently head of customer standards.
