Partner promotion for Court of Protection specialist

Private client boutique firm New Quadrant Partners (NQP) has promoted associate Kiran Vasudeva to partner.

Kiran joined the firm in 2012, and specialises in matters relating to powers of attorney, personal injury trusts, mental capacity and Court of Protection cases. She is part of the committee at the Court of Protection Practitioners Association London Group, and is also a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

NQP founding partner Louise Stoten commented: ‘Kiran joined us shortly after the firm was founded and we immediately identified her as someone who shared our values and ethos. She has flourished in the firm and has been instrumental in building our specialist mental capacity team. We feel she will make a great contribution to the future growth of the business as a partner.’

Kiran added: ‘I am thrilled to be promoted to the position of partner and I look forward to helping to build upon the success and strength of the business.’
