Firm makes company & commercial appointment

Payne Hicks Beach, has enhanced its company & commercial department with key lateral hire, Nick Sayers. Nick joins as a partner from Fox Williams LLP.

Nick specialises in corporate finance, predominantly advising on mergers and acquisitions and listings on AIM. He has been instructed on a wide range of transactions and has a wealth of experience in deals of up to £100 million. Nick’s practice encompasses both domestic and international clients and he has particular expertise advising those from the US and the Far East.

Nick comments: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining Payne Hicks Beach. It is a top firm, and in particular, its company & commercial department has built a significant reputation, providing a high quality and personal service to its clients, which include both family-owned and multi-national organisations. I look forward to developing my practice at the firm.”
