Former APIL head takes on business development management

London firm Osbornes Law has announced the appointment of Denise Kitchener, who joins the firm to work alongside its managing partner and heads of department as head of business development.

Denise joins the firm from her prior role of chambers manager at 187 Fleet Street; she has also previously held senior management positions at Hodge Jones & Allen, Pattinson & Brewer, and Hudgell Solicitors, and served as chief executive of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) for more than 18 years.

Osbornes Law managing partner Stuart Kightley commented: ‘We are delighted Denise has come to work with us at an exciting time as the firm expands in size and reach. She brings a wealth of consumer marketing, BD and PR experience—building and promoting legal services that fit with peoples’ changing needs.’

Denise added: ‘I am so pleased to have the opportunity to work with Stuart and the Osbornes specialist teams managed by inspirational, leading solicitors. They are innovative in their approach and client-focussed with a fantastic track record of successful outcomes. I am looking forward to working with so many talented lawyers—all who dedicate their time to going that extra mile for their clients.’
