Nicocigs Ltd v Fontem Holdings 1 BV (a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands) [2016] EWHC 2161 (Pat), [2016] All ER (D) 76 (Sep)

The Patents Court, allowing the claimant Nicocigs Ltd’s application for the revocation of the defendant Fontem Holdings I BV’s patent, which related to an electronic cigarette, held that the patent was invalid on the grounds of added matter, lack of novelty and obviousness.
