The Administrative Court, in dismissing the claimant Civil Nuclear Police Federation’s application for judicial review of the defendant Civil Nuclear Police Authority’s decision, held that the Civil Nuclear Constabulary officers were not “members of a police force” for the purposes of s 10(2)(b) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013.
