Legislation news update

 

 

Amend SI 2007/115 to increase the amounts the NHS will charge in relation to treatment for a recipient of personal injury compensation. Also amend SI 2006/3388 to remedy an unintentional overlap in legislation pertaining to the 2003 and the NHS (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Regulations 1989 (SI 1989/306) which resulted in two sets of charges for the same treatment of some patients.
