Specialist legal reports service appoints managing director

Medical legal reports provider Premex has announced the appointment of Maria Hardwidge as the managing director of specialist service Premex+.

Premex+ offers specialised medico-legal reports for serious injury cases, clinical negligence claims, industrial disease and other complex cases. Part of Premex for almost 18 years, Maria will now take on responsibility for the service’s operations as its managing director.

Commenting on the appointment, Premex Services managing director Mike Cutler said: ‘I’m delighted to announce Maria’s appointment as managing director of Premex+. Premex+ has grown substantially over the past couple of years and this is no small part thanks to Maria’s dedication and commitment to understanding the needs of her customers and delivering market leading expertise and service. She fully deserves the opportunity to lead the business to even greater success in the future.

‘Maria’s journey from joining us as an administration assistant in our post room nearly 18 years ago to managing director is a fantastic story and a shining example to all of our colleagues of what can be achieved with talent, hard work and a burning desire to succeed.’

Maria added: ‘I am very excited to have received this promotion. I am honoured to lead our fantastic Premex+ team as managing director, developing and enhancing our service offering and ensuring that our customers remain at the heart of everything we do.
