The Court of Appeal dismissed the appellant’s appeal against an order that, among other things, she and the respondent had been the beneficial owners of a property in proportions to which they had respectively contributed to its purchase, maintenance and outgoings. None of the facts and circumstances relied upon by the appellant were sufficient to set aside the judge’s findings, which had been open to her on the totality of the evidence.
