Jeremy Hudson & Katie Bradford join ranks of honorary members
The Property Litigation Association (PLA) has announced the appointment of Jeremy Hudson of Charles Russell Speechlys and Katie Bradford of Linklaters as honorary members.
Both Jeremy and Katie were founding members of the PLA when it was established in 1995 with the aim of representing professionals specialising in property litigation. Jeremy (pictured), a partner with Charles Russell Speechlys, focuses his practice on landlord and tenant disputes, while Katie, a partner consultant at Linklaters, advises on a wide range of property disputes, and is also a founding member of the Women’s Property Litigation Group.
In 2015, the PLA created the position of honorary member to honour those who have made an outstanding contribution to the Association and to the property litigation field. Jeremy and Katie are joined on the list by such fellow honorary members as Lord Neuberger, Suzanne Lloyd Holt and Vivienne King.
PLA chair Martin Edwards said: ‘Jeremy and Katie are highly deserving of this appointment, having contributed outstanding services over a significant period to both the Association and the field of property litigation. They remain closely involved with the PLA and we greatly value their continuing support.’
