Rod Evans - FOIL

The Forum of Insurance Lawyers has elected Greenwoods Solicitors’ partner Rod Evans as its president for 2013

Rod took over from 2012 president Don Clarke at FOIL’s AGM on 27 November. The presidency is a 12-month position and for Rod follows a year as vice president. David Johnson of Weightmans has been elected as vice president.

Rod intends that FOIL will continue to lead from the front in influencing and guiding members through huge industry reforms due to be implemented in April 2013, continuing to build on the influential role FOIL has played over recent years on civil justice reforms.
