Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No 8 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2007 (SI 2007/391)
Amends the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No 8 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2005 (SI 2005/950): where a person aged 16 or 17 is convicted of an offence, commencement of ss 177, 179 or 180, and Schs 8 and 9 (community orders) is deferred until 4 April 2009 (not 2007).
