Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn’s reshuffle has propelled MPs Imran Hussain and Gloria De Piero into the shadow justice team, supporting shadow justice secretary and former Thompsons solicitor Richard Burgon. De Piero, a former broadcast journalist, has previously served as shadow minister for women and equalities, and shadow minister for young people and voter registration. Hussein, a barrister and former deputy leader of Bradford Council, was previously shadow minister for international development. They will join shadow justice minister and barrister Yasmin Qureshi, who remains in post.
