Firm appoints new partner
UK law firm Shoosmiths has announced that it has expanded its litigation team with the appointment of Jonathon Crook as a partner, to further enhance its financial services litigation practice.
With experience in advising on all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution since 1991, Jonathon is an established name in this area of law. He has specialist expertise in handling a wide range of disputes within the banking, finance and financial services sector including regulatory investigations and proceedings, such as enforcement proceedings by the FCA and other agencies.
Jonathon has previously been a partner at international law firms in both the UK and the Asia-Pacific region, advising on disputes in a wide range of jurisdictions including the UK, Hong Kong, India, China and the Middle East.
