Shulmans LLP—Sarah Wilson

Head of construction bolsters the team

Corporate firm Shulmans LLP has strengthened its construction offering with the appointment of Sarah Wilson as partner and head of the team.

Sarah has joined the firm in Leeds, after 11 years with Watson Burton LLP where she was previously a partner. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters within the construction field, with sector expertise spanning energy, utilities, chemical works and house-building.

Shulmans’ managing partner Tim Halstead (pictured, right) said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Sarah to our award-winning real estate team. Her experience and profile in the construction and engineering sectors will provide even greater support to our ever-growing client base.’

Sarah added: ‘Shulmans has an enviable reputation, with year on year growth and an impressive portfolio of regional, national and international clients. It was recently named Property Law Firm of the Year at the Yorkshire Property Industry Awards. The culture of the firm and its approach to recognising and nurturing talent really resonated with me and I look forward to helping shape and grow the team further.’
