Restructuring partner joins in London

Global firm Sidley Austin has bolstered its restructuring practice with the arrival of partner Mark Knight in the London office.

Mark has moved to the firm from his former position of general counsel and partner with European investment platform Pillarstone, and was also formerly a partner at Kirkland & Ellis focusing on European restructuring. He is highly experienced in advising on multi-jurisdictional restructurings on both the creditor and debtor sides.

James Conlan, global head of the restructuring practice, and Patrick Corr, firmwide restructuring practice area team leader, said: ‘Mark Knight adds strength to our market-leading Restructuring practice.’
