Silk run begins again

The 2020 silk competition has begun. The Selection Panel opened the applications window on 18 February, for a deadline of 5pm on 1 April

Applicants for Queen’s Counsel (QC) will be informed in September whether or not they have been invited for interview. The interviews will take place from mid-September to mid-October, and the Panel’s recommendations will be passed to the Lord Chancellor in late October.

The Selection Panel said it hopes to announce the successful applicants before Christmas. Visit www.qcappointments.org for more information.
