Sharp (pictured) leads the firm’s private client practice and advises on estate planning and succession, including wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration. Walker joined the firm in 2021 and is a key member of the property team, specialising in real estate investment and property transactions.

Commenting on his promotion, Sharp said: ‘I am delighted to be joining the partnership at Simkins.’ He added: ‘I look forward to continuing to develop the firm’s private client practice and further strengthening the high quality advice we provide to our clients.’

Walker said: ‘I am grateful for this opportunity and the support that I have received.’ She added that she looked forward to ‘contributing further to its development as we help clients navigate an increasingly diverse range of property transactions’.

Managing partner Euan Lawson congratulated both lawyers, saying they had ‘consistently demonstrated outstanding legal expertise and dedication to their clients, while embodying Simkins’ values’.
