Simon Howarth Hailsham Chambers

Hailsham Chambers welcomes a new tenant, Simon Howarth, who joins from Crown Office Chambers.

Simon acts for both claimants and defendants across a broad range of different professions. From an initially wide-ranging practice, he has established a reputation as a specialist in professional negligence and commercial law, especially insurance related matters.

The set’s head, Martin Spencer QC, says: “Simon’s tenancy is the latest in a string of welcome developments for Chambers and our clients.”
