Property team boosted by two solicitor appointments
Slater Heelis Solicitors has appointed Will Newman and Lucy Spilsbury to its commercial property and property litigation teams. The hires strengthen the full-service firm’s property offering across its Chester and Manchester offices.
Newman joins as an associate solicitor in the commercial property team, based at the firm’s Chester office. He brings experience in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, lending transactions and auction work, with insight into the North West commercial property market. Spilsbury joins as a solicitor in the property litigation team in Manchester, advising on private civil litigation with a focus on property litigation and contentious probate matters.
Managing partner Rachel Fletcher said: ‘We’re delighted to welcome both Will and Lucy to the firm.’ She added: ‘Their respective experience in commercial property and litigation further strengthens our property offering and ensures we continue to provide high-quality, commercially minded advice to our clients.’
