Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/1651)

Amends Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991 (SI 1991/2890) so a person will qualify for the higher rate of the mobility component of disability living allowance if they have the prescribed level of severe visual impairment and have been certified as being severely sight impaired or blind by a consultant ophthalmologist.
