Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No 3) Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/840)

Clarify the rules for paying Employment and Support Allowance where an appeal has been made. Also includes a number of minor changes which correct or clarify regulations relevant to Employment and Support Allowance and/or incapacity benefits. One amendment is relevant to state pension.
