Spencer West hires former head of employment at Axiom Ince

Leading full-service international law firm, Spencer West, has announced the appointment of partner Sharokh Koussari to its employment team.

Sharokh, who was a salaried partner and head of employment at Axiom Ince, has joined the City of London employment team at Spencer West. Sharokh had been an employment partner at DWFM Beckman prior to the firm merging with Axiom Stone in 2021. Before joining DWFM Beckman Sharokh spent time as a partner at Howard Kennedy, Matthew Arnold & Baldwin, and Simons Muirhead & Burton.

Sharokh, who has been recognised in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, represents a broad range of UK and overseas corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals in their employment and disputes matters.  Regularly advising clients tactically in contentious situations with the aim of achieving solutions commercially and effectively, he also advises on shareholders’ and boardroom disputes, as well as heavy employment matters successfully resolving complex contentious issues.
