Firms combine in strategic merger
London firms Wedlake Bell LLP and Stitt & Co have announced their merger, and will now operate as a single firm under the Wedlake Bell name.
The merger has seen four partners and a further eight members of staff join from Stitt & Co, bringing the firm’s total number of partners to 66. The move strengthens Wedlake Bell’s offering in the commercial litigation, private client, and commercial and residential property fields.
