Assistant Counsel to the Law Officers (5 year fixed term contract)

The States of Guernsey are seeking to recruit an Assistant Counsel to the Law Officers.

The Law Officers, and HM Procureur in her capacity as His Majesty’s Receiver General (HMRG), wish to appoint a lawyer to assist them to discharge their functions generally but with particular emphasis on (a) their coronial and related functions, (b) the provision of advice relating to the Bailiwick’s sanctions regime, and (c) the functions of HMRG.
