R (on the application Holmcroft Properties Ltd) v KPMG LLP [2016] EWHC 323 (Admin), [2016] All ER (D) 220 (Feb)

The Divisional Court dismissed the claimant’s application for judicial review of KPMG’s approval of Barclays’ offer of compensation for mis-selling certain interest rate hedging products. KPMG’s duties had not had sufficient public law flavour to render it amenable to judicial review.
