Re W (A Child)(No 4) [2017] EWHC 1760 (Fam), [2017] All ER (D) 87 (Jul)

The father’s application to set aside an adoption order and preventing the child’s removal from the jurisdiction was dismissed, as he had failed to establish a prima facie case of fraud or dishonesty by the adopters concerning their intention to move to the US. The Family Division also dismissed his application and for a contact order, as there was no basis to revisit the previous decision that the case had not been one for a contact order.
