AIIC legal consultants meet before the Dragon

Tech-powered legal services provider, the AIIC Group, treated its consultants to an inspiring address by Dragons’ Den investor Deborah Meaden, at its annual consultant conference

Business person and TV personality Meaden’s insights resonated strongly with the audience of more than 200 self-employed professionals in a diverse range of specialist legal areas. Delegates at the exclusive two-day event at the Grove, Watford last week included legal professionals from three of AIIC Group’s enterprises—Taylor Rose, Kingsley Wood and FDR.

The conference featured keynote presentations from Adrian Jaggard, CEO of AIIC Group and Taylor Rose, who outlined the company’s strategic vision, as well as a breakout session led by Antony Jaggard, director of consultant services, on building effective teams.

AIIC Group is the largest legal consultancy in the UK. Its bespoke consultancy model enables solicitors to retain a higher percentage of their earnings while offering comprehensive back-office support. This allows them to focus more on serving clients, delivering high-quality service, and improving their work-life balance.

The annual conference is a flagship event in the group’s calendar, where professionals can exchange knowledge, share experiences and explore new opportunities.

Adrian Jaggard, CEO of the AIIC Group, said the conference ‘reflects our commitment to empowering legal professionals by providing not just the tools, but also the community and connections they need to thrive.

‘We believe that fostering collaboration and sharing expertise strengthens not only our consultants but our enterprises. It was inspiring to see so many talented individuals come together with a shared vision of innovation, excellence, and growth.’
