Maclay Murray & Spens LLP (MMS) has boosted its 30-strong private client & charities department, with the appointment of Alexis Graham as a partner. Based in the firm's Glasgow office, Alexis brings significant experience working with clients in the third sector, as well as advising private clients on wills disputes, tax planning and asset protection. 

Andrew Biggart, head of MMS' private client & charities department, says: “Alexis is a formidable lawyer who previously spent some seven years in the MMS team. It is great to welcome her back and her expertise will be of significant benefit to our clients. The team is expanding and Alexis' appointment is an important step in this process."

Alexis adds: “Rejoining the MMS team was a fantastic opportunity and I am very much looking forward to working with our outstanding clients.
