New partner for banking & financial services team
Bond Dickinson has recruited Andrew Barber as a partner for its banking and financial services team based in London. Andrew’s insight into the financial services sector and expertise in regulatory frameworks will prove invaluable for the firm’s clients.
Andrew’s skills will be leveraged to further develop the team’s work in areas such as consumer credit and payment services. In addition, Andrew brings market leading expertise in financial crime, delivering consultancy regarding money laundering regulations, the Bribery Act and financial sanctions.
Andrew joins the firm from Dentons, where he worked in the financial services and funds team advising clients on regulatory matters, such as issues emanating from the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, Financial Conduct Authority rules and matters relating to consumer credit.
