Firm's private client group strengthens contentious probate offering
Wedlake Bell LLP has strengthened its private client offering with key lateral hire, Andrew O’Keeffe. Andrew, an experienced litigator joins from Wilsons Solicitors LLP where he was a partner in the litigation and dispute resolution team.
Andrew specialises in contentious probate matters, with extensive experience in disputes concerning breach of trust, the administration of estates and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
He is a longstanding member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), an organisation which allows specialist practitioners to exchange experience and enhance skills in relation to contentious probate matters.
