Local government public law specialist joins chambers
Anna Tkaczynska (2008 Call) has joined Serjeants’ Inn Chambers, enhancing the public and administrative law, education and Court of Protection teams
As a specialist in local government public law Anna has expertise in equality law and special needs and her experience in housing law will assist as a key issue in many COP cases. She is the Secretary of the Human Rights Lawyers Association.
