Firm appoints new partner to its private capital team in Bristol
Clarke Willmott LLP continues to grow its private capital team in Bristol with the appointment of Anne Minihane, who joins as a partner.
Anne specialises in wills and tax planning, acting for the bereaved and for executors of wills. Her particular area of specialism is dealing with the UK estate of those who die domiciled abroad with assets in England and Wales. With more than 16 years’ experience, Anne is a regular contributor to events and seminars held by charitable bodies and organisations on the laws relating to mental capacity, based on her experience acting for clients living with dementia, brain injury and mental illness.
Anne was one of the first professional deputies appointed to the Court of Protection panel and has been a professional deputy since 1999.
