Further to several recent senior promotions and new hires, social purpose law firm Anthony Collins has expanded its social business and third-sector service offering with the addition of highly experienced legal director, Laura Moss.
Joining the firm’s social business team in the Manchester office, Laura will be supporting the firm’s expansive social business and charities client base, with a particular focus on advising social sector clients on all aspects of governance.
Her appointment follows the firm’s promotion of Edwina Turner, a highly experienced charities sector specialist, to partner earlier this year, highlighting the firm’s ongoing investment in this area.
Outside of her role as legal director, Laura is a trustee of the Francis Scott Trust: a large, grant-making charity that supports young people in Cumbria and the Lancaster district; a founder-director of the Kendal Parent Network; and a resident of an eco-cohousing community in Cumbria. She is also an avid cyclist, having founded the Cycle Touring Festival in 2015, after cycling around the world.
