Arc Pensions Law—Beth Brown

National specialist pensions law firm Arc Pensions Law has announced that experienced pension lawyer Beth Brown has joined its London office as a partner.

Beth joins from DAC Beachcroft, where she advised clients on all aspects of pensions law. She has 14 years of experience advising both trustees and employers and has previously been seconded to the Pension Protection Fund. Beth has a particular focus on the insolvency, finance and governance aspects of pensions, notably advising trustees on employer insolvencies and transition to the Pension Protection Fund, sponsor refinancings and de-risking including an innovative £1.6 billion buy-in.

Beth’s appointment demonstrates Arc Pensions Law’s position as a pioneer, driving pensions law into the future. This is a core principle of the firm’s forward-thinking outlook.
