B P Collins has expanded its family team with the appointment of new partner, Emma Leavesley.
Emma joins from Penningtons Manches Cooper, where she specialised in pre- and post-nuptial agreements, complex financial remedy proceedings, private law children cases and cross border matters. As a member of Resolution’s National Wellbeing committee and a mental health first aider, Emma has extensive experience with clients who may be struggling with their mental health.
Working primarily from B P Collins’ Oxfordshire office in Thame, Emma will advise on all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, the breakdown of cohabiting relationships, finances and arrangements for children.
