New partners boost expanding health & care offering

Bevan Brittan has welcomed two new partners as it looks to enhance its services in health and care. Regulatory specialist Tracey Longfield and employment and immigration law expert Lee Carroll will work in the Leeds office as part of a national practice.

Tracey will lead Bevan Brittan’s Health & Care: Regulatory team in Yorkshire. She joins from DAC Beachcroft, bringing more than 20 years’ experience of advising health and care providers within the public and private sector on a broad range of health and safety, and regulatory issues.

Lee Carroll joins Bevan Brittan from Capsticks with 12 years’ experience of advising clients across a range of sectors, including the NHS and wider health and care sector, on the whole spectrum of employment and immigration matters.

Welcoming both to the business, Joanna Lloyd, Partner and Head of NHS Health & Care at Bevan Brittan, said: “Tracey and Lee are two more excellent hires for our expanding health and care offering as we continue to see an increase in new client instructions.

“Public sector and independent organisations all face a range of challenges and opportunities as policy develops and we are delighted to be able to help more bodies navigate the landscape they are facing.”

Vincent Buscemi, Partner and Head of Independent Health & Care at Bevan Brittan, said: “Tracey and Lee’s expertise and proven track records will enhance our offering across the health and care sector. Their appointments underscore the strength of our health and care practice as we continue to attract the best talent to our business to support our growing client base.”

Alongside Tracey and Lee, Legal Director and property expert Clare Davitt and health and regulatory care solicitor Emily Bridge have also joined the Leeds office and are working UK-wide as part of Bevan Brittan’s national health and care practice.
