Jon Crocker, managing partner, comments: 'We are excited to welcome Mark to the firm to build on our existing professional negligence practice and develop our commercial litigation offering. Mark’s expertise and skills will help us as we strengthen our offering to businesses and organisations.'

Mark Ovenell comments: 'I am delighted to be joining Bindmans LLP at a time of growth for the firm as it looks to expand its professional negligence practice, and develop its commercial litigation offering. The firm already provides an exceptional range of services to clients, and I look forward to building on this in the years to come.'
