Solicitor appointed as adjudicator on CIArb Panel
Birkett Long is delighted to announce that Suryen Nullatamby, a Senior Associate in Birkett Long’s dispute resolution team, has secured a place on the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Panel as an adjudicator.

CIArb is the world’s leading qualifications and professional body for dispute avoidance and dispute management.

Suryen is dual-qualified and practising as a Barrister (Mauritius) and Solicitor (England and Wales). He has over 15 years’ post-qualification experience, specialising in the field of construction law and dispute resolution.

Suryen said of his appointment: "I’m pleased to have joined the Construction Industry Council LVD Dispute Model Adjudication Procedure Panel and I look forward to receiving some appointments from the CIArb this year.”
