Her experience working with clients ranging from first-time buyers to high net worth individuals, and her expertise on mortgages, transfer of equity, transfers of part, equity release, declarations of trust and leasehold and freehold purchases makes her a fantastic addition to the team.

Speaking of her appointment, Laura said: “I’m delighted to join the Residential Property Team and work with such a talented group of lawyers. Birketts’ reputation in the East of England and Top 100 UK law firm status means more challenging work, so it is a great assurance to work with a firm of legal experts with so many specialties. The firm’s full-service offering means I can rely on my colleagues to support me when handling complex matters and they can expect the same in return.”

I am confident Laura will be a valuable asset to the team and Birketts as a whole.”
