Birketts—Nicola Curle

A new partner for the firm’s Norwich commercial property department

Birketts is pleased to announce the arrival of Nicola Curle as a partner in its Norwich Housebuilder team.

Nicola joins Birketts from a regional firm and brings with her a wealth of experience in residential development work.

On joining the firm, Nicola said: ‘Birketts’ commercial property department is extensive and their focus on sector specialisms—in particular housebuilding—was a huge attraction to me. I’m very much looking forward to working with the team here in Norwich, and across the wider firm, to provide next-level advice to our clients.’

Chris Hoxley, partner and head of Birketts’ Norwich Housebuilder team, added: ‘We are all delighted that Nicola has joined us. Her experience speaks for itself and having worked on projects with Nicola before, I know she will be a tremendous asset to the firm and our clients.’

Nicola’s arrival increases the number of partners in the Norwich commercial property department to seven.

Melissa Loucas, partner and commercial property department office head for Norwich, said: ‘We are delighted at the Norwich commercial property department’s continued expansion, with now over 50 fee earners. The wide range of expertise across our teams allow us to provide the highest quality of advice and support to our clients, ensuring they achieve their goals.’
