Health expert joins as partner in Reading

Blake Morgan has appointed David Hill as a new partner in its Commercial and Charities team within its Reading office, as the leading law firm further grows its health and social care expertise.

A specialist in healthcare, public law, governance, pharmaceutical and information law, David has built up a wealth of experience during his 18 years as a qualified solicitor, and has been recognised as an expert in health commissioning policy in The Legal 500.

In his previous roles, David focused on advising the health and social care sector on high-profile national programmes and projects, particularly on governance, legislative reform, organisational change and data protection issues.

Over his career, he has worked with organisations throughout the public and voluntary sector, including national bodies, private healthcare providers and health tech companies, and has served as an adviser to NHS England on multiple occasions.

Commenting on his new role, David Hill said: 'I am delighted to be joining Blake Morgan’s exceptionally strong health and social care team. My new colleagues share my dedication to and passion for the health and social care sector. I look forward to contributing my skills and experience as we work with clients on some of the most challenging issues facing the sector.'
