Boodle Hatfield, the leading private wealth and real estate law firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom McLaughlin as a Partner in the firm's Employment team, effective 14 September 2026.
Tom joins from Brahams Dutt Badrick French LLP, where he was a Managing Associate. He advises employees, employers and partnerships on a broad range of employment and workplace matters, with particular expertise in employee competition disputes, restrictive covenants, confidential information, executive exits and employment litigation. His practice frequently involves business-critical issues, including team moves, partnership disputes, workplace investigations, workforce restructurings and cross-border employment matters.
