Firm strengthens Southampton commercial property team with senior associate hire

The law firm Broadfield has strengthened its commercial property team in Southampton following the appointment of Marta Sicinska.

Marta joined the firm on 3 March as a senior associate from the law firm Foot Anstey.

She brings to the firm considerable experience and expertise in advising developers, institutional investors and commercial property occupiers on the acquisition and sale of property, development work, secured lending, and landlord and tenant matters.

Commenting on her appointment, Marta said: 'Broadfield is growing rapidly in Southampton with clients along the South Coast and across the Thames Valley. Expert commercial property advice is a core offer to our clients and I am thrilled to be joining the firm.'
