Summary

Implement, in part, Council Dir 2010/76/EU of 24 November 2010 amending Dirs 2006/48/EC and 2006/49/EC as regards capital requirements for the trading book and for re-securitisations, and the supervisory review of remuneration policies (CRD3).

Implement, in part, Council Dir 2010/78/EU of 24 November 2010 (Omnibus 1), insofar as implementation requires amendments to the Capital Requirements Regulations 2006, SI 2006/3221.
